Dr. Yogeshkumar is a senior project officer, working on Ramjet propelled artillery shell. He completed his Ph.D degree from IIT madras in 2022. He works on evaluation of propulsive performance of fuel-rich propellant based ramjet. His experiences includes formulation and making of fuel-rich propellants, ballistic properties measurement of propellants and static tests of ramjet. He authored two papers on the subject of solid-fuel ramjet. Apart from his research work, he likes sketching and playing music instruments.

Dr. Rohit Goyal is a Project Officer. He received his Ph.D. from Heat Transfer & Thermal Power Lab, Mechanical Department, IIT Madras and completed his M.Tech in Thermal Engineering from DTU, Delhi. Before joining, he worked as a consultant at Volvo Trucks. His research experience includes using CFD and thermal system modelling to analyse electric vehicles' thermal management systems, concentrating solar thermal power conversion systems and refrigeration cycles. He is also enthusiastic about fitness, food, endurance sports and travelling.

Vaka Phaninder Reddy earned his Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the IIT Madras in Bharath in 2022, where his research concentrated on testing eroding materials for enhancing the efficiency of solid rocket motors through the application of hybrid rockets. Presently, he holds a position as a project engineer, where he is innovating a technique to deliver heated air in compliance with the intake requirements of ramjets using hybrid rocket technology. Additionally, he is involved in developing an AI based method for calculating the drag coefficient of ramjets.

Sudhakar is an Aerospace Engineer, working as a Project Officer at Rockets & Missiles Laboratory in the Department of Aerospace Engineering, IIT Madras. He has research experience in rocket propulsion, working on solid propellant modeling & combustion and hybrid rockets. He is very passionate towards social causes, which he does through volunteering with NGOs. He has established a small library with the help of his friends at an Orphanage with Old Age Home.

Hari Krishna S obtained his B.E. in Aeronautical Engineering and M.Tech in AerospacePropulsion in Visvesvaraya Technological University, Bengaluru. He also interned at CSIR-NAL Bengaluru for a year, focusing on liquid fuel penetration into supersonic crossflow. His research interests are supersonic flows, mitigation of pollutants from aircraft combustion and Computational Fluid Dynamics.

Anoop Shankar K P is a Project Officer working in the field of Industrial Safety Engineering. His interests are in Explosion Safety and Fire Engineering. He also has experience in working as Project Intern in DRDO, Hyderabad and Assistant Professor in Bannari Amman Institute of Technology, Erode. He has published papers in DIP and AIP conference proceedings.
Jayachandran is a Project Engineer the Department of Aerospace Engineering at IIT Madras. Before joining IIT Madras, he earned a mechanical engineering degree and worked for a business enterprise. His duties at R&M Lab include addressing the logistical needs of multiple projects and aiding with various experimental operations.
He is passionate about establishing his own entrepreneurial path in the manufacturing sector and is a physical fitness enthusiast.
A. Jagadeesh joined as Junior Technician in Department of Aerospace engineering, IITM in 2016 under PA Ramakrishna and worked along with students of MS, M. Tech, PhD and contributed of more than 380 plus work orders so far. This improves his technical skills as each work is different in design, fabrication, machining. He was promoted as Senior Technician on july 2023.
Srinu K is a lab junior technician at R&M Lab. He has 5 years of experience and holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Nandhinikrishna is working as a Project Associate for the last 5 years at IIT Madras. She finished her Masters degree in Business administration and has 8 years of administrative experience.
